She still looks fantabulous causing me to wonder what exactly is in the water that celebrities drink?
I remember the first time I ever caught a performance of The Supremes on The Ed Sullivan Show. I was probably around 7 or 8 years old and very impressionable.
What female 'baby boomer' doesn't recall singing and dancing along to their hit song, "Stop! In the Name of Love?" Diana Ross was the embodiment of everything I wanted to be and felt I already was. She was pretty, rail thin, had humongous, expressive eyes which were always adorned with eye shadows in fierce colors and long fake eyelashes, wore stylish wigs of various lengths and colors, and finally performed in the most beautiful dresses and costumes that were always decorated with large amounts of sequins and rhinestones. Oh yeah--she could sing too.
